Creating Extjs Components dynmically

Hi, I have a requirement, where-in i want to create and render a extjs grid or any other component, dynamically.

i.e. the input is a json string stating the layout and component name and the o/p should be the component rendered on the UI. Will this be possible, Any help will be deeply appreciated
