"Include architect version in generated files" setting not honoured

I have "Include architect version in generated files" checked, but loading a project last saved in 3.0.2 build 1375, it still writes:

"This file was generated by Sencha Architect version 3.0.3."

in all my source files.



This is pretty irritating in revision controlled projects.
