Compiling php with Sencha Cmd

I would like to make custom package + application which are using php as backend and I would like to compile it using Sencha Cmd.

So, I need that content of some folder (for example, 'php') should be copied to destination folder and some common "bootstrap.php" will be generated.

Where I can find any examples how to do that?
