bootstrap.js going to .sencha_backup after "app build production"

I upgraded Cmd and ran

Code:

sencha app upgrade --noframework

Now I'm having problems because I added the ".sencha_backup" to my .gitingnore

When I run

Code:

sencha app build testing

bootstrap.js changes to proper paths to the app/ directory

but when I run

Code:

sencha app build production

bootstrap.js it reverts back to pointing to paths with ".sencha_backup" in them.

Why?

When I move git pull to another computer it crashes because the ".sencha_backup" does not exist.

What am I doing wrong? or is this a bug"
