Observable issue Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method '_incr_' of undefined

This was working before with 4.x version, just upgraded today to 5.0 beta and application hangs with this error



Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method '_incr_' of undefined


Its on line 1085 of Ext.util.Observable, hasListeners is found to be null
