Description:

• While rearranging one widget with another, both widgets are not replacing their positions accordingly as expected with portal demo Example in Extjs docs.

• While rearranging one widget with another by drag and drop, both widgets should replace their positions accordingly.

The result that occurs instead:

• The widgets are not replacing their positions as expected.
