Ext.util.GeoLocation and Google Maps Geolocation API

I am using Ext.util.GeoLocation class in my mobile web application. Here, my query is does Ext.util.GeoLocation class uses Google Maps Geolocation API to get/identify device location? If no, then can you suggest which API it uses.
