common action for button and menu item

Hi, I'm using Ext 4.2.1 and I have a single action that I'm using in a button and a menu item. For the menu item I want to show the text, but not for the button. Is there a way to achieve this? Currently it shows the text on both. IIRC in Ext 3 there were separate properties: text and menuText but not anymore it seems?
