Chart not re-sizing on legend toggle

If i toggle the legend of any chart I have using chart.legend.toggle() the chart doesn't re-position / re-size. Even if I use chart.redraw(true) or .refresh().



However if the legend is already hidden on render then I show the legend using chart.legend.toggle() it will resize etc, then if i try to hide again it does not re-szie or re-postion.:((



Any way around this?



(my chars are all using pie series at the moment)
