Black screen after installation

Hi



I am trying to install Sencha Architect 3. After the installation is complete. when i try to open Sencha Architect it shows me a black screen. I am able to click on the window and see different links popping up. But I cannot see them. Please let me know if any one else is/has faced this issue..
