Toolbar docked at bottom not visible on iPad (rendered outside viewport)

Touch version tested:

• Touch 2.3.1

Browser versions tested against:

• Chrome 33 on Windows


• Chrome 33 on Android 4.3.1


• Safari on ipad with iOS 7.0.4

DOCTYPE tested against:

• HTML5

Description:

• The toolbar that is supposed to be visible docked at the bottom of the window. But it doesn't show up on ipad. Works fine on Chrome on Windows, and on Chrome and stock browser on Android 4.3.1.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Use ipad, visit http://ift.tt/1rnEZNu

The result that was expected:

• Bottom toolbar visible

The result that occurs instead:

• The body element is too high on ipad, making the docked toolbar end up outside the viewport.

Actually I was supposed to file another bug but this bug prevented me from making a fiddle.
