I am new to GXT and trying to use LiveGridView as I need the dynamic loading (instead of paging) on one of my grid views. I am having hard time finding details of how LiveGridView works (the gxt documentation seems pretty superficial). I would be great, if someone can help me with the following questions.
1) What happened to previously loaded records when we dynamically load next bunch (when user scroll down for example). Will the grid store keep all the previous record ?
2) In the context of live grid, what is the difference between remote or client sorting?
3) Instead of adding filter plugin in the grid, I want to use a toolbar (that will set at the top of the grid) that will contain filtering options. I want to passing filtering options to server as part of PagingLoadConfig by extending PagingLoadConfig. How should I trigger grid data reload when user apply filter option? (is there a grid or store method that I can use to do that ?).
I would high appreciate any help.
