Changing colors of index.html in architect

Hello, I have tried to change colors in index html loading (the three dots) but when I do that and after open architect, the colors return to blue and white. I thought there must be a place when you set those color from inside architect or on css/scss, but I really didn't find it out.



Side question: is there a way to directly modify sencha touch files in a way that is supported by architect?
