Broken links in 2.3.1 docs "Using Sencha Cmd..." guide

There are multiple links at the bottom of the "Using Sencha Cmd with Sencha Touch" guide in the 2.3.1 docs, and all but two of them are broken.

Scroll to the bottom. The "Workspaces" and "Advanced" links work, but all the others are broken.



In particular, I was hoping to read the "Understanding App Upgrade" guide. Does it not exist?
