Sencha CMD 5 for Linux Download - Corrupted ZIP file?

I've tried downloading SenchaCmd-5.0.3.324-linux-x64.run.zip several times, and am unable to get it to extract:

[SenchaCmd-5.0.3.324-linux-x64.run.zip]  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  
Either this file is not  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  
In the  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on  the last disk(s) of this archive.

unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of SenchaCmd-5.0.3.324-linux-x64.run.zip or
        SenchaCmd-5.0.3.324-linux-x64.run.zip.zip, and cannot find SenchaCmd-5.0.3.324-linux-x64.run.zip.ZIP, period.

I've also tried the 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 unsuccessfully as well. I've tried extracting on both Red Hat and OS X. Any ideas? Is there a mirror for this I can try?
